Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship as soon as stock arrives, and the expected date is shown on the product page.

Import Taxes and Duties
Orders to the United States and Australia are shipped from within the same country, and orders to European Union countries are shipped from within the European Union, so no import duties are charged on delivery. Prices shown for European Union orders include VAT. Orbit only charges for merchandise and shipping charges.
