Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of findorbit.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Orbit hardware products and accessories (the "Products"). Section 1 explains which Orbit company you are contracting with. They form part of your contract with us together with our Warranty & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Links to the current Terms and Warranty & Refund Policy are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

1. Who we are / who you contract with

1.1 Site operator (all regions). The Site findorbit.com is operated by Purse-a-Porter LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA ("Purse-a-Porter"). Contact: help@findorbit.com; telephone +1 (225) 650-7066 (support is handled by email at help@findorbit.com).

1.2 Who sells to you. The company that sells the Products to you depends on the delivery country of your order:

Delivery country Seller (your contract is with) Details

European Union Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd as above; EU contact: BellaCocool GmbH (info@bellacocool.de), Pettenkoferstraße 18, 10247 Berlin, Germany

Your order confirmation names the seller for your order.

1.3 Manufacturer and network licences. Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd is the manufacturer of Orbit Products and holds the licences and certifications for the Apple Find My and Google Find Hub networks under which Orbit trackers operate.

1.4 "Orbit", "we", "us". In these Terms and in our Warranty & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, "Orbit", "we", "us" and "our" mean Purse-a-Porter LLC and Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd, together with their respective affiliates, officers, employees and licensors, as the context requires. The seller named in section 1.2 is responsible for your sales contract; the other entities are entitled to the benefit of the exclusions and limitations in these Terms (see section 18.6). Nothing in this section limits any right you have against the seller under mandatory law.

2. Who can buy

Our Products are sold to consumers for personal use, not for resale. You must be at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) and able to form a binding contract, not be located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and not appear on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. We currently ship to the United States, Australia and countries of the European Union.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

3.1 Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the seller named in section 1.2 sends an order confirmation or ships the Product. We may decline or cancel an order (for example for suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or if we can't ship to your address) and will refund anything you paid for an order we cancel.

3.2 Prices and availability may change without notice, but not for accepted orders. Prices shown for EU orders include VAT; for US orders, sales tax is added at checkout where applicable; for Australian orders, prices include GST where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.

3.3 Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details. If a payment fails or is reversed we may cancel the order.

3.4 Discounts and promo codes are subject to the terms shown with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn for future orders.

3.5 Title to Products passes to you on delivery and payment in full.

3.6 The order button states that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. By placing an order you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms.

4. Pre-orders

4.1 Some Products are sold as pre-orders and ship when stock arrives. Dates shown are estimates.

4.2 You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing help@findorbit.com. If we expect a significant delay we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping hubs are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us without undue delay if it is damaged or incorrect. Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control, or for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you gave us, except where the law makes us responsible. If delivery fails because of the address you provided or because nobody collects, you may have to pay for re-delivery.

6. Returns, warranty and your statutory rights

Our 30-day returns policy and 12-month limited hardware warranty are set out in the Warranty & Refund Policy. They are voluntary benefits in addition to, and do not reduce, your mandatory consumer rights (section 16).

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

7.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union (your contract is with Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd) you may withdraw from your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate other than the carrier) receive the Products. If items in one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

7.2 You can withdraw by email to help@findorbit.com or by using the model form in section 17. We will acknowledge your withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) stating its date and time.

7.3 We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of learning of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the Products back or you show proof of return. Extra costs from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option are not refunded.

7.4 Send the Products back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You pay the direct cost of returning them. You are liable only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.

7.5 Our 30-day returns policy is separate from and in addition to this right.

8. Third-party networks (Apple Find My and Google Find Hub)

8.1 Network dependency. Orbit trackers are Bluetooth accessories designed to operate with the Apple Find My network and/or the Google Find Hub network, as specified on the relevant product page. These networks and their associated apps, platforms and services ("Third-Party Networks") are operated by independent third parties, not Orbit. None of the Orbit companies owns, operates or controls them. Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd holds licences or certifications to use them; these are granted by Apple and Google and may be changed or ended by them.

8.2 Operational limitations. Location reporting depends on factors including network availability, nearby compatible devices, Bluetooth connectivity, operating-system compatibility, internet access, account configuration and environmental conditions. Location information may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Orbit does not guarantee continuous location reporting, successful tracking or recovery of any item.

8.3 Third-party changes. Apple, Google and their affiliates may modify, restrict, suspend, terminate or discontinue their networks, features, technical requirements, licences, certification programmes or compatibility with Orbit products, or the access or licence of any Orbit company, including Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd. Such changes may occur without advance notice to Orbit and may affect some or all functions of a Product. Orbit cannot guarantee that any Third-Party Network, feature or Orbit licence or certification will remain available indefinitely.

8.4 Allocation of responsibility. The exclusions in this section 8 apply to and protect each Orbit company (see section 1.4). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbit is not responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, restrictions or changes to Third-Party Networks that are outside Orbit's reasonable control, except where Orbit is legally responsible for a failure of the Product to meet applicable statutory requirements. Orbit does not undertake to provide, operate or replace a Third-Party Network, or to obtain or maintain any licence or certification.

8.5 Remedies and limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a Third-Party Network interruption, restriction, modification or discontinuation does not, by itself, create an additional contractual right to a refund, replacement, credit, compensation or indemnification beyond the rights provided by our express policies and applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any mandatory right or remedy arising where a Product fails to conform to the sales contract or applicable consumer guarantees, including requirements concerning digital elements.

8.6 Loss or non-recovery of property. Orbit Products are item-finding accessories, not theft-prevention, security, safety, medical or emergency-response devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for theft, loss, damage or non-recovery of property, or for losses arising from inaccurate, delayed or unavailable location information, except to the extent caused by circumstances for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8.7 Warranty distinction. A change to or interruption of a Third-Party Network is not, merely because it occurs, a defect in the physical materials or workmanship of an Orbit Product and is not covered by Orbit's voluntary limited hardware warranty. This distinction does not restrict statutory conformity rights or consumer guarantees, which may apply to the Product's functionality and digital elements.

8.8 Product compatibility. Each Product supports only the network or networks expressly specified on its product page. Compatibility with one network does not imply compatibility with another. Supported phones, operating systems, technical requirements and network availability may change over time. Please check current compatibility information before you buy.

8.9 Trademarks. Apple and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Android and Find Hub are trademarks of Google LLC. Orbit is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple or Google.

9. Responsible use and safety

9.1 Use Products only as intended and follow the instructions and warnings supplied. Products contain batteries and small parts; keep them away from young children.

9.2 You must not use a Product to track, monitor or locate another person, or another person's property, without their knowledge and consent, or to break any law. Apple and Google may alert people who are being tracked by an unknown tracker.

9.3 Unless a water-resistance or dust rating is stated on the product page for your Product, it is not water-resistant. Ratings apply only under the conditions stated.

10. Using the Site

Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not copy, scrape, resell or interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content. We may suspend or restrict access where you breach these Terms. Links to third-party sites are for convenience; we do not control them. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Orbit name, logos, text, images and designs, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1 Mandatory rights and liabilities. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, legal guarantee of conformity, statutory remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This includes applicable liability for personal injury or death, fraud, intentional wrongdoing and other liability that cannot legally be limited.

12.2 Excluded losses. Subject to section 12.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbit is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures or changes affecting Third-Party Networks, or for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, business interruption, lost data, or loss, theft, damage or non-recovery of tracked property (for example bicycles, luggage, wallets, keys, vehicles or pets). These exclusions apply only to the extent that the relevant liability or remedy may lawfully be excluded.

12.3 Liability cap (United States customers). Subject to section 12.1, for customers in the United States, and where applicable law permits a contractual limit on liability, Orbit's total aggregate liability arising from a Product purchase is limited to the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to statutory remedies or compensation that cannot legally be restricted to that amount.

12.4 Events outside our control. Orbit is not responsible for a delay or failure to perform a contractual obligation to the extent caused by an event outside its reasonable control, provided that Orbit takes reasonable steps to mitigate its effects and complies with applicable legal obligations. If such an event prevents performance for a prolonged period, either party may exercise any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.

12.5 Jurisdictional application. The exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the mandatory laws applicable to the customer. Where a restriction is unenforceable, the remaining lawful restrictions continue to apply.

12.6 All Orbit companies. Each exclusion and limitation in this section applies for the benefit of each Orbit company named in section 1.4, whether or not it is the seller.

13. Your responsibility

You are responsible for loss we suffer because you use a Product or the Site unlawfully or in breach of these Terms (including section 9.2), to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to loss caused by us or to any use that your consumer rights protect.

14. Privacy

How we handle personal data, and which Orbit company is responsible for it in your region, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Updated Terms apply to later orders and to your later use of the Site.

16. Mandatory consumer rights (this section prevails)

16.1 General. Your rights under applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws prevail over any inconsistent provision of these Terms or our other policies. Our voluntary returns policy and limited hardware warranty provide additional benefits and do not replace or restrict those rights.

16.2 Australia. Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd's goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The duration of these rights is not necessarily limited to our 12-month voluntary warranty.

16.3 European Union, including France. Consumers benefit from mandatory legal guarantees of conformity and other consumer rights under the law applicable to their purchase. Where goods qualify as goods with digital elements, those rights may also cover digital functionality, associated digital services and necessary updates, including where a third party supplies the relevant service. In France, the legal guarantee of conformity is governed by articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation (two years from delivery for new goods); the legal guarantee against hidden defects may also apply under articles 1641 and following of the Code civil. Our voluntary hardware warranty does not replace these guarantees. The commercial-warranty information required in France is in section 3A of our Warranty & Refund Policy.

16.4 United States. You may have rights under applicable federal and state laws, including rights concerning express and implied warranties. Certain states restrict contractual exclusions of implied warranties and limitations on damages.

16.5 Interpretation. Any exclusion, limitation or qualification elsewhere in these Terms applies only to the extent it is consistent with the mandatory legal rights described in this section. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Model withdrawal form (EU consumers)

To: Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd (EU orders), 206 Glenmore Road, Paddington NSW 2021, Australia, help@findorbit.com

I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: ______

Ordered on / received on: ______ Name of consumer(s): ______ Address: ______ Date: ______ (Signature if on paper)

18. General

18.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies referred to in them are our entire agreement with you about your purchase.

18.2 Severability. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the provision is applied to the extent the law allows.

18.3 No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

18.4 Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another business, taking your legitimate interests into account. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.

18.5 Language. These Terms are in English; translations are for information only, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

18.6 Benefit of other Orbit companies. The companies and persons within the meaning of "Orbit" in section 1.4 that are not the seller may enforce the exclusions and limitations of liability in these Terms, to the extent the law allows, but their consent is not needed to change or end this contract.

19. Governing law and disputes

19.1 Governing law by region. (a) United States orders (contract with Purse-a-Porter LLC): the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; this does not remove any protection you have under the consumer-protection law of the US state where you live that cannot be waived. (b) Australian orders (contract with Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd): the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the Australian Consumer Law applies as required. (c) EU orders (contract with Global Shopping Network Pty Ltd): the laws of New South Wales, Australia, but you keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of them. EU and UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

19.2 Please contact help@findorbit.com first. We aim to respond to complaints within 21 days and to resolve them amicably.

19.3 United States. United States customers may bring claims in courts or other forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights to seek relief from a court, regulator or other authority where such rights cannot lawfully be restricted.

19.4 France. You may have the right to refer a dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge. Please contact us first at help@findorbit.com; you may also contact the DGCCRF.

19.5 Australia. You may contact your state or territory consumer-protection agency or the ACCC.
